With over a decade of leadership at i2E—most recently as Vice President of Operations—Darcy has been a driving force behind key initiatives like the E3 Bootcamp, Bridge2 Pre-Accelerator, and the Oklahoma Commercialization Network, helping countless founders turn ideas into thriving businesses.
Her background—from engineering roles at L'Oréal USA to her strategic leadership at i2E—showcases her ability to merge technical expertise with business vision. As she steps into this role, her focus on statewide inclusivity, collaboration, and economic growth promises an exciting future for Oklahoma’s innovators.
While we celebrate Darcy’s new chapter, we also take a moment to recognize Rex Smitherman, whose leadership at i2E has left an indelible mark on Oklahoma’s startup community. Rex has been a steadfast partner to OVF, offering wisdom, support, and a shared commitment to fostering entrepreneurship across the state.
